find the balance of confidence, ego and humility and service.

4. Confidence and service.
Ego vs humility

5. Focus on Goals - Most important part
Put your goals in writing. daily reflection, self evaluation and written personal inventory.

6. Ability to stick to daily plans and have goals
        Use proven time management systems.
Avoid doing your "own thing" when it comes to time management and utilization.

7. Enthusiasm through difficult situations.
Positive attitude is essential to become a professional persuader.
avoid negativity, gossip, jealousy, anger.
Develop positive thinking and not just a positive  attitude.

8. Become a life long learner.
If you are not growing and developing your personality, goals, enthusiasm, and persuasion you are loosing it.
